Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of www.belonge.co and any order you place with us. We have written them to be read, not skipped. Nothing here removes a right you have as a consumer under Indian law — where the two conflict, the law wins.

1. Who we are

This store is operated by Belonge, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Belonge; “you” means the person browsing the site or placing the order. Our GSTIN and registered details appear on every tax invoice.

2. Who can order

You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. By ordering you confirm your details are accurate and the payment method is yours to use.

3. When a contract is formed

An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods and send the tracking email — not when payment is taken. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was published in error, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised resale. If we do, you are refunded in full within five working days and we tell you why.

4. Prices, taxes and errors

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping is shown separately at checkout and is free on domestic orders over ₹1,499. Prices can change without notice, but never for an order already placed. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we contact you before dispatch; you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Payment

We accept UPI, major credit and debit cards, net banking and popular wallets through a PCI-compliant gateway. We never see or store your full card number. Where cash on delivery is offered, repeatedly refused COD parcels may lead us to withdraw the option for an address.

6. Colour, fit and description

We photograph products honestly and describe fabric, weight and construction accurately. Screens vary, so a colour on your device may differ slightly from the garment in daylight; that alone is not a defect, but it is covered by the return window. Sizing-chart measurements are body measurements with a tolerance of ±1.5 cm from grading and knit relaxation.

7. Delivery and risk

Delivery windows are estimates from dispatch, not guarantees, and exclude Sundays and public holidays. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes when we have received payment in full. Our shipping policy forms part of these terms.

8. Cancellations, returns and exchanges

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. After dispatch our refund and exchange policy applies and forms part of these terms: items can be returned for exchange within 7 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, in original packaging and with the size label intact. The squat-proof promise — a free replacement for any pair that goes sheer within 30 days — sits alongside, and does not replace, your statutory rights.

9. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access. We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse of the returns policy, or unauthorised resale.

10. Intellectual property and your posts

The Belonge name, logo, product photography, copy, patterns and site design belong to us and may not be copied, scraped or reused commercially without written permission. If you tag us or send us a photograph, you give us permission to reshare it with credit; tell us at any time and we will take it down.

11. Third-party links and tools

Some content and tools on the site come from third parties, including our payment gateway, courier partners and analytics providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Review their terms before you rely on them.

12. Personal information

Your data is handled as described in our privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.

13. Prohibited use

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone’s rights, to harass or abuse others, to submit false information, to upload malicious code, or to scrape, spider or otherwise harvest data from it. Breach ends your right to use the site.

14. What we are responsible for

We stand behind the goods we sell; our liability for a faulty product is its repair, replacement or refund. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost time, lost earnings or missed events. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business changes. The version live on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction. Before anything formal, please write to us — almost every dispute we have had was a misunderstanding that one honest email resolved.
