These terms govern your use of this store and any order you place with us. We have written them to be understood rather than to be skipped.
By browsing this store or placing an order you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Nothing here removes any right you have as a consumer under Indian law — where the two conflict, the law wins.

This store is operated by Belonge, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Throughout these terms 'we', 'us' and 'our' mean Belonge; 'you' means the person browsing the site or placing the order.
Our registered details and GSTIN appear on every tax invoice issued with an order.
Who can order
You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. By ordering you confirm that the details you give us are accurate and that the payment method is yours to use.
When a contract is formed
An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send you the tracking email — not when the payment is taken.
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was published in error, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or resale. If we do, you are refunded in full within five working days and we will tell you why.
Prices, taxes and errors
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping is shown separately at checkout and is free on domestic orders over ₹1,499.
Prices can change without notice, but a change never applies to an order already placed. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
How you pay
We accept UPI, major credit and debit cards, net banking and popular wallets through a PCI-compliant payment gateway. We never see or store your full card number.
Cash on delivery is available on serviceable pincodes up to ₹5,000 for a flat ₹49 handling fee. Repeatedly refusing COD parcels may mean we restrict the option on your address.
Colour, fit and description
We photograph every product honestly and describe fabric, weight and construction accurately. Screens vary, so a colour on your device may differ slightly from the garment in daylight — that difference alone is not a defect, but it is covered by the 7-day return window.
Measurements on the sizing chart are body measurements with a tolerance of ±1.5 cm from grading and knit relaxation.
Shipping and risk
Delivery windows are estimates from dispatch, not guarantees, and exclude Sundays and public holidays. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; title passes when we have received payment in full.

Cancellations, returns and exchanges
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. After dispatch, our returns and exchange policy applies and forms part of these terms.
The squat-proof promise — a free replacement for any pair that goes sheer within 30 days — sits alongside, and does not replace, your statutory rights.
Accounts and accuracy
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity that happens under it. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.
We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse of our returns policy, or unauthorised resale of our products.
Intellectual property and your posts
The Belonge name, logo, product photography, copy, patterns and site design belong to us and may not be copied, scraped or reused commercially without written permission.
If you tag us or send us a photograph, you give us permission to reshare it on our site and social channels with credit. Tell us at any time and we will take it down.
What we are responsible for
We stand behind the goods we sell and our liability for a faulty product is the replacement, repair or refund of that product. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost time, lost earnings or missed events.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
Before anything formal, please write to us. Almost every dispute we have ever had was a misunderstanding that one honest email resolved.

Do these terms affect my consumer rights?
No. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable Indian law stand regardless of anything written here.

The last-updated date at the foot of this page changes with them. The version live when you place an order is the one that governs that order.
What do you do with my data?
We use it to fulfil your order and answer your messages, and we do not sell it. Full detail is in our privacy policy.
